[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify]Delete both IconStreams and PastIconsStream.
Ctrl +Alt + Del opens Task Manager, kill explorer.exe. Go to File and Run explorer.exe and hit Enter. DONE!
